Product Questions
At PurePharma, we believe you should always attempt to get the nutrients you need from real food, but sometimes it can be hard to get everything your body needs. You should only supplement with the micronutrients that are lacking in your diet. More is not necessarily better.
O3: We recommend you take your O3 with a meal. You can choose whether to take your daily dose all at once or divided throughout the day.

M3: We recommend you take your M3 half an hour before bedtime to help increase sleep time and quality.

D3: We recommend you take your D3 with a meal.

SB3: We recommend you take your SB3 supplement 30 minutes before eating or with a meal.

PR3: We recommend you take PR3 right after exercise to optimize the recovery process or as a snack between meals.

PP3: Follow guidelines from above O3, D3 and M3. It is recommended to take your PP3 with a meal. You can choose whether to take your daily dose all at once or divided throughout the day.
Our products have a shelf life of 2 years. The expiration date of each product is listed on all bottles and boxes.
Subscription Questions
Subscription adjustments can be made in the Subscriptions section.
Choose your product(s), select your frequency (every 15, 30, 45 or 60 days), and your order will auto-renew based on your selections. You will never have to worry about reordering again. You can rely on fast and free delivery with each shipment.
Other Questions
If your tracking number status is showing as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact Support at support-eu@purepharma.com or +45 7199 5419.
You can find your tracking number in the Orders section. Click on the Order number and you will see all relevant info regarding your order.
We fill and send your order as quickly as possible, which may limit our ability to add items to your order or prevent a package from shipping. Please reach out to us with your request and we'll do our best to accommodate. You can reach us at support-eu@purepharma.com.
PurePharma is sold exclusively through purepharma.com and select gyms and doctor's offices.
We can only process returns and refunds for unopened products and/or unused merchandise within 30 days from date of purchase.

To return a product, send us an e-mail at support-eu@purepharma.com or call +45 7199 5419. Please let us know why you are returning the product, the order number and the number of products that needs to be returned.

Please note that you can only return products that are directly purchased from our web shop at www.purepharma.com. A refund or exchange will be processed once the product has been returned.
You can sign up for a wholesale account here. Once your account has been approved, you will then be eligible to purchase products at wholesale prices to sell at your business.
Your credit card information can be updated in the Payment section.
Your shipping address and information can be updated in the Address Book section.
PurePharma Reward Points are an incentive for our loyal subscribers. Subscribers can earn points in several ways. You earn one point for every dollar spent. Subscribers also earn extra points for a variety of actions including subscribing to our email newsletter, leaving a product review, filling out your customer profile and referring friends.

Points are converted into discount codes in your account profile. 100 points is equal to $5. All points are removed from your account when you cancel your subscription. (All customers can get points, not just subscribers).
